Yakisoba Noodles

Ingredients:
1/4 c sesame oil
1/4 c black soy sauce
2Tbs sugar
2Tbs chili oil
2Tbs balsamic vinegar
1 1/8 lbs vermicelli noodles
1/2c toasted sesame seeds
1/4c green onions sliced thinly on the diagonal

Whisk 5 sauce ingredients together.
Cook noodles until al dente. Rinse and toss in sauce with hands.
Add toasted sesame seeds and green onions, reserving a few for garnish.
Refrigerate.
