Chicken Salad

Ingredients:
4 cooked chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 a red onion, finely dices
2c chopped celery
green pepper, if desired, or chopped apples, if desired

dressing -
Tbs rice wine vinegar
1c mayonnaise
tsp garlic salt
tsp dried basil
tsp dried oregano
black pepper

Prepare ahead of time and refrigerate at least 2 hours.
