Cheesecake

My favorite birthday cake growing up. For a 9" springform pan.

Crust:
1.75c graham cracker crumbs (about 20 crackers)
1/4c finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2c melted butter

Mix together and press into springform pan.

Filling:
3 well beaten eggs
2 - 8oz packages of cream cheese, softened
1c sugar
1/4 tsp salt
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
3c sour cream

Blend the first 6 ingredients until smooth. Blend in sour cream. Pour into crust and bake 35 minutes at 375'
