Nori Hemphill's recipe
Ingredients:
1/2 lb butter
3/4c sugar
1/2c cornstarch
2c flour
vanilla or almond extract, as desired
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour. Knead well. Roll out 1/2" thick and cut out cookies. Place on a cold greased cookie sheet. Bake at 300' for 15-30 minutes.
