Ingredients:
5 tablespoons peanut butter
5 tablespoons water
5 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
2 tablespoons sesame oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 teaspoon minced garlic
diced jalapeƱo pepper to taste, or omit completely
½ cup peanuts
Mix all the ingredients with an immersion blender, leaving the desired level of peanut chunkiness.
