Crepes

I love crepes! This easy make-in-the-blender batter improves if it refrigerate a few hours. And it will hold for a day or two, although it starts looking gray, it's still tasty.

Ingredients:
1c cold water
1c milk
4 eggs
1/2 tsp salt
-Blend briefly

Add:
2c flour
4 Tbs melted butter

Mix n high for 1 minute
Cover and refrigerate
